I googled all Speedmasters 145.012 67 SP2 and I found 4 cases with the reference 145.012 67 SP2 written on the case back; all these watches have a CB case. This result is statistically significant, as I didn’t find different cases but only CB cases. In addition, I required the Omega extract of the archive which confirm that it is a 145.012
