Meaning, if the hour hand lines up perfectly, somewhere between 4 minutes before or after the hour, this would meet manufacture expectations. That should not be the case.

You see a picture and you assume the watch is perfectly flat, the camera lens center is perfectly parallel to the plane of the watch, and the camera lens is perfectly aligned over the chrono hand and not shifted left or right.
